We are excited to bring to you a series of videos of one of Lennar’s newest communities in Henderson and Black Mountain Ranch. Lennar has built over one million new homes across America since 1954.
This time they bought the land where the Black Mountain Golf Course used to be, removed the grass, graded the dirt, and started a huge project with 7 unique home collections and up to 24 different home plans.
The new community will feature a dog park, playground, community park, splash pad, connecting trails and gated communities.
Today we are taking you to the Ridgeview community and tour the Liberty floor plan. The home features a home of 3,348 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms and one private suite. As we walk through the property you will appreciate the open floor plan design, quality materials, large windows, and inside/outside feel. The private suite can be used as a guest or parents suite or a home office. So many options to make this home your own.
Tours are self-guided, so you can go to the community and register to visit the model homes or you can ask your real estate agent to schedule an appointment for you to get an insight on availability, upgrades, upcoming lots and hard hat tours for the models that are coming up.
